REGULATIONS ON BUSINESS NAME REGISTRATION FROM JULY 1, 2025
On June 30, 2025, the Government issued Decree 168/2025/ND-CP on business registration. Among its provisions, the Decree includes regulations on business name registration from July 1, 2025.

SCOPE AND CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN FROM JULY 1, 2025
On June 22, 2025, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 40/2025/TT-BCT regulating the issuance of certificates of origin (C/O) and the written approval for traders to self-certify the origin of exported goods pursuant to Clause 6, Article 28 of Decree No. 146/2025/ND-CP on delegation and decentralization in the fields of industry and trade.
TAXABLE PRICE FOR REAL ESTATE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES FROM JULY 1, 2025
From July 1, 2025, the tax policy applicable to real estate business activities will have notable changes in accordance with the amended Law on Value Added Tax, the amended Law on Corporate Income Tax and new guiding regulations.
