On March 31, 2025, the Government promulgated Decree No. 73/2025/NĐ-CP, amending the preferential import tariff rates for several commodities listed in the Preferential Import Tariff Schedule attached to Decree No. 26/2023/NĐ-CP regarding Export Tariff Schedule, Preferential Import Tariff Schedule, Lists of Goods, and Levels of Specific Duty, Mixed Duty, and Out-of-Quota Import Duty.
DEADLINE FOR VALUE-ADDED TAX PAYMENT ON A MONTHLY, QUARTERLY BASIS EXTENDED UNDER DECREE NO. 82/2025/NĐ-CP FROM APRIL 2, 2025
