HEALTH STANDARDS FOR DRIVERS AND OPERATORS OF SPECIALIZED MOTORCYCLES FROM 2025
On November 16, 2024, the Minister of Health issued Circular No. 36/2024/TT-BYT, stipulating health standards and medical examinations for drivers and operators of specialized motorcycles; periodic health check-ups for automobile drivers; and the database on the health of drivers and operators of specialized motorcycles.
OFFICIAL HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR THE 2025 LUNAR NEW YEAR AND NATIONAL DAY
On December 3, 2024, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Notice No. 6150/TB-BLĐTBXH regarding the schedule for the Lunar New Year holiday, National Day holiday, and the holidays for Victory Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1) in 2025 for officials, public servants, civil servants, and workers.
