On November 14, 2024, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Circular No. 12/2024/TT-BLĐTBXH, amending and supplementing 10 circulars guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses.

Accordingly, Circular No. 12/2024/TT-BLĐTBXH amends and supplements the following 10 circulars guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses:
1. Circular No. 32/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH dated October 25, 2016, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for Vietnam Deposit Insurance.
2. Circular No. 37/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH dated October 25, 2016, as amended by Circular No. 04/2018/TT-BLĐTBXH dated June 22, 2018, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses in the Vietnam Asset Management Company of credit institutions.
3. Circular No. 34/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH dated October 25, 2016, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the management of labor and wages for Vietnam Television.
4. Circular No. 45/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH dated December 28, 2016, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of labor, wage, remuneration, and bonus management for the Local Development Investment Fund.
5. Circular No. 16/2018/TT-BLĐTBXH dated October 12, 2018, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for workers and managers of the State Capital Investment and Business Corporation.
6. Circular No. 04/2019/TT-BLĐTBXH dated January 21, 2019, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of labor, wage, remuneration, and bonus management for the Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises.
7. Circular No. 34/2019/TT-BLĐTBXH dated December 30, 2019, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund.
8. Circular No. 12/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH dated June 30, 2022, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of labor, wage, remuneration, and bonus management for the National Technology Innovation Fund.
9. Circular No. 13/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH dated June 30, 2022, of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of labor, wage, remuneration, and bonus management for the Cooperative Development Support Fund.
10. Guidance on the management of labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for the Vietnam Debt Trading Company (DATC) under Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH.
Circular 12/2024/TT-BLĐTBXH will take effect from December 29, 2024.
