Accordingly, the regulations on reporting on the implementation of bidding activities are as follows:
- The Ministry of Finance reports to the Prime Minister in the second quarter of the following year of the reporting period.
- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, provincial People's Committees, and other organizations shall submit reports on the National Bidding Network before February 1 of the following year of the reporting period. In case the above reporting time coincides with a weekly day off or a holiday as prescribed by the law on labor, the reporting time shall be the first working day after the day off or the holiday.
- Investors and bidding parties shall submit reports on the implementation of bidding activities periodically every year according to the reporting deadline requirements of the Department of Finance, the unit assigned to manage bidding activities.

Agencies and organizations that report on the implementation of bidding activities include:
- Annually, the Ministry of Finance synthesizes and reports to the Prime Minister on the implementation of bidding activities nationwide.
- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, provincial People's Committees, other agencies and organizations subject to the provisions of Article 2 of the Bidding Law report on the implementation of bidding activities annually in their localities, sectors and management fields on the National Bidding Network or send a written report to the Ministry of Finance in case of confidentiality requirements.
- The Department of Finance, the unit assigned to manage bidding activities, assists the Ministry, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, provincial People's Committees, other agencies and organizations to urge and synthesize reports on the implementation of bidding activities periodically every year by investors and bidding inviters in the locality, industry and management field.
- The investor and the inviting party shall report on the implementation of bidding activities to the above-mentioned agencies and organizations and shall do so on the National Bidding Network System.
