08 GROUPS OF SUBJECTS EXEMPTED FROM ADVANCE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN LITIGATION COSTS FROM JULY 1, 2025
On December 11, 2024, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Ordinance No. 05/2024/UBTVQH15 on litigation costs; which clearly stipulates 08 groups of subjects exempted from advance payment of certain litigation costs from July 1, 2025.
THE LATEST CONSOLIDATED DOCUMENT ON THE LAW ON TAX ADMINISTRATION HAS BEEN ISSUED
On February 26, 2025, the Office of the National Assembly issued the Consolidated Document on the Law on Tax Administration (29/VBHN-VPQH). This document consolidates the Law on Tax Administration 2019 and Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024.
FROM JULY 1, 2025, THREE METHODS OF PENSION RECEIPT FOR PARTICIPANTS IN COMPULSORY SOCIAL INSURANCE
As of July 1, 2025, new regulations regarding the methods of pension disbursement will officially take effect, granting participants in compulsory social insurance the right to choose their preferred method of pension receipt.
EFFECTIVE FROM JULY 1, 2025, VOLUNTARY SOCIAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS PERMITTED DURING SUSPENSION OF LABOR CONTRACTS
As of July 1, 2025, employees whose labor contracts are temporarily suspended may participate in voluntary social insurance, marking a significant advancement in social security policy and ensuring the continuous protection of employees’ rights.
SCOPE OF TRANSACTIONS APPLIED TO ELECTRONIC NOTARIZATION FROM JULY 1, 2025
The 2024 Notarization Law consists of 08 Chapters and 76 Articles promulgated by the National Assembly on November 26, 2024, with outstanding new points, including regulations on the implementation of electronic notarization from July 1, 2025, aimed at establishing a legal basis for digital transformation in notarization activities.
