CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR NEW RED BOOK CERTIFICATES ACCORDING TO LAND LAW 2024
Most types of stable, long-term, and legally used land are eligible for red book certificates. However, according to the new provisions of the Land Law 2024 effective from July 1, 2024, there are cases where red book certificates will not be issued.
