CONDITIONS FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND EXPANDING INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS FROM MAY 1, 2024
On March 15, 2024, the Government issued Decree 32/2024/ND-CP on Management and Development of Industrial Clusters, which stipulates conditions for establishing and expanding industrial clusters, taking effect from May 1, 2024.
REGULATIONS ON CASES OF REVOKING PERMITS TO TRANSPORT DANGEROUS GOODS FROM MAY 15, 2024
On March 31, 2024, the Government issued Decree 34/2024/ND-CP regulating the List of dangerous goods, transportation of dangerous goods by road motor vehicles and inland waterway vehicles. The Decree regulates cases of revocation of licenses to transport dangerous goods.
SUPERVISION OF STATE CAPITAL INVESTMENT IN ENTERPRISES IN 2024
On April 11, 2024, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 820/QD-BTC regarding the enactment of the plan for supervising state capital investment in enterprises in the year 2024.
CONDITIONS FOR GRANT OF PERMISSION TO REPURPOSE RICE AND FOREST LAND WITH THE AIM OF EXECUTING INVESTMENT PROJECTS ACCORDING TO DECREE 12/2024/ND-CP
On February 5th, 2024, the Government issued Decree No. 12/2024/ND-CP amends and supplements certain provisions of Decree No. 44/2014/NĐ-CP regarding land prices and Decree No. 10/2023/NĐ-CP related to guidelines for the implementation of the Land Law. Accordingly, The new decree changes conditions for converting the land use purpose from paddy land, forest land to other land types for implementing investment projects.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE APRIL 30 AND MAY 1, 2024 FOR OFFICERS, CIVIL SERVANTS, PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND WORKS
On April 12, 2024, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Notice 1570/TB-BLDTBXH on the proposal to swap working days for the holidays of Victory Day, April 30, and International Labor Day, May 5 years 2024 for officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of state administrative agencies, public service units and enterprises.
