REGULATIONS ON CONDITIONS FOR TRANSPORTING DANGEROUS GOODS BY ROAD VEHICLES FROM MAY 15, 2024
On March 31, 2024, the Government issued Decree 34/2024/ND-CP regulating the List of dangerous goods and transportation of dangerous goods by road motor vehicles and inland waterway vehicles. In particular, specific regulations on conditions for transporting dangerous goods by road vehicles take effect from May 15, 2024.
