Specifically, Decision No. 775/QD-BVHTTDL regulates procedures for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business for badminton as follows:
1. Steps carry out procedures to apply for a certificate of eligibility for doing the sports business for badminton
Step 1: Advising and assisting customers in meeting the requirements to carry out the procedures for a certificate of eligibility for doing the sports business for badminton;
Step 2: Businesses submit documents via postal service or electronic environment or submit directly to the specialized agency for physical education and sports under the People's Committee at the provincial level;
Step 3: The certificate-issuing agency issues a receipt for the documents to the business. In case revisions or supplements are required, the documents must be completed within 03 working days from receipt.
Step 4: Receiving and handing over the final result to the customer.
2. Components of the application
Documents for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business for badminton include:
1. An application for issuing a certificate of eligibility for sports business;
2. A copy of business registration certificate;
3. A summary of preparation for business requirements;
4. Other relevant documents at the competent authority’s request (if any).

4. The date of receiving the documents
Within 7 working days from the date on which the valid and complete application is received.
