FROM AUGUST 1, 2024, WHICH TYPES OF LAND WITHOUT DOCUMENTS WILL BE GRANTED RED BOOK CERTIFICATES ACCORDING TO THE LAND LAW 2024?
From August 1, 2024, the Land Law 2024 clearly stipulates the cases in which land users and assets attached to the land will not be granted Red Book Certificates. Accordingly, many types of land without documents will be issued a Certificate of Land Use Rights, also known as a Red Book or Pink Book.

ALLOWANCES NOT SUBJECT TO SOCIAL INSURANCE 2024
Circular No. 06/2021/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs was issued and took effect from September 1, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 59/2015/TT-BLDTBXH detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance on compulsory social insurance.
