PROCEDURES RELATED TO THE TAX BUSINESS LINES WILL BE SIMPLIFIED
On May 14, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 412/QD-TTg approving a plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Finance for the period 2024-2025. According to the Decision, a number of business lines managed by the Ministry of Finance have simplified procedures, including tax business lines.
INVESTMENT PROJECTS SUBJECT TO BIDDING TO SELECT THE LASTEST INVESTOR
On February 27, 2024, the Government issued Decree No. 23/2024/ND-CP Detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Bidding Law on selecting investors to implement projects in cases where bidding must be held according to the provisions of law on industry and field management. One of the important contents of the Decree is regulations on investment projects that require bidding to select investors.
THE FUNCTIONS AND POWERS OF THE LEGAL ORGANIZATION IN STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES ACCORDING TO DECREE NO. 56/2024/ND-CP
On May 18, 2024, the Government issued Decree No. 56/2024/ND-CP amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 55/2011/ND-CP dated July 4, 2011, which stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of legal departments. Accordingly, the Decree introduces new regulations on the functions and powers of legal departments in state-owned enterprises.
THE CONDITIONS FOR CONDUCTING REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2025
On November 28, 2023, the National Assembly passed the Real Estate Business Law 2023. This law stipulates the conditions for conducting real estate brokerage services.
THE DOSSIER FOR APPLICATION FOR GRANTING OR EXTENDING SURFACE WATER AND SEAWATER EXPLOITATION LICENSES ACCORDING TO DECREE 54/2024/NĐ-CP
On May 16, 2024, the Government issued Decree No. 54/2024/NĐ-CP regulating the drilling of groundwater, declaration, registration, licensing, water resource services, and upfront payment for water resource exploitation rights. Accordingly, the new Decree amends the dossier for application for granting or extending surface water and seawater exploitation licenses.
