Based on Decree 177/2013/ND-CP (amended in Decree 149/2016/ND-CP), the Ministry of Finance is drafting a Decree detailing and implementing measures for a number of articles of the Price Law. Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance has proposed the types of goods and services that will be subject to price declaration.
