Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance has proposed the types of goods and services that will be subject to price declaration.

Specifically, the Ministry of Finance has proposed the types of goods and services that will have their prices declared from July 1, 2024 as follows:
Firstly, the goods and services for which price declaration is implemented nationwide include:
(1) Goods and services on the list of price stabilization;
(2) For goods and services, the State sets the price frame, maximum price, and minimum price so that organizations and individuals can set specific prices to sell to consumers;
(3) Goods and services are decided by the enterprise according to reference prices;
(4) Cement, construction steel;
(5) Coal;
(6) Veterinary drugs to detoxify, disinfect, sterilize and treat diseases for livestock, poultry and aquaculture according to regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
(7) Table sugar includes white sugar and refined sugar;
(8) Table salt;
(9) Services at seaports other than goods and services priced by the State);
(10) Passenger transportation services by rail with hard seats and soft seats;
(11) Functional foods for children under 6 years old, medical equipment;
(12) Undenatured fuel ethanol;
(13) Liquefied natural gas (LNG); compressed natural gas (CNG).
