NEW REGULATIONS ON PAYROLL REDUCTION FROM 20/07/2023
The Government has just issued Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP dated June 3, 2023 on downsizing the payroll, effective from July 20, 2023. The regimes and policies specified in this Decree shall be applied until the end of December 31, 2030

SOME NEW PROVISIONS ON THE BUSINESS OF MOTORCYCLE INSPECTION SERVICES FROM June 8, 2023
On June 8, 2023, the Government issued Decree No. 30/2023/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 139/2018/ND-CP dated October 8, 2018 of the Government regulating Regulations on Business of Motor Vehicle Inspection services.
PROPOSING TO ISSUE AND MANAGE LICENSE PLATES ACCORDING TO THE VEHICLE OWNER’S IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FROM JULY 1, 2023
The proposal to issue and manage license plates according to the vehicle owner's identification number is the content in the Draft Circular regulating the issuance and revocation of registration and license plates of motor vehicles to replace Circular 58/2020/TT-BCA.
