This is the content of Official Letter No. 691/TCT-DNNCN dated 13/3/2023 officially deploying the electronic tax service system to meet registration fee declaration (LPTB) for cars and motorbikes issued by the General Department of Taxation.
PROPOSED REDUCING VAT FROM 10% TO 8% END OF 2023
The Ministry of Finance proposes, in 2023, to reduce the VAT rate by 2% for all goods and services subject to the 10% tax rate (to 8%); a 20% reduction of the percentage rate to calculate VAT for business establishments (including business households and individuals) when issuing invoices for all goods and services subject to tax liability VAT 10%.
PERSONAL INCOME TAX PAYMENT DURATION OF 2023
In order to avoid unnecessary violations, individuals who directly submit personal income tax finalization for income in 2022 need to pay special attention to the upcoming deadline for personal income tax finalization in 2023.
