FEES FOR REGISTRATION AND LICENSE OF SPECIAL USE MOTORCYCLES (CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES), LICENSE FEES, CERTIFICATES FOR WORKING ON TYPES OF VEHICLES, DRIVING TEST FEE FROM 01/08/2023
On June 7, 2023, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 37/2023/TT-BTC stipulating the rate, collection, payment, management and use of driving test fees, license fees, Certificates are allowed to operate on all kinds of vehicles and registration fees and license plates for special-use motorcycles.

Accordingly, fees for registration and issuance of license plates for special-use vehicles (construction vehicles), fees for granting licenses and permits to operate on all types of vehicles, and driving test fees from August 1, 2023. stipulates as follows:

Firstly, Fees for registration and issuance of license plates for special-use vehicles (construction vehicles)
- First-time issuance, definite-term granting, re-issuance, and renewal of registration certificates with number plates: 200,000 VND/time/vehicle;
- Re-issuance and renewal of registration certificates without number plates: 50,000 VND/time/vehicle;
- Issuing a registration certificate with a temporary number plate: 70,000 VND/time/vehicle;
- Close the frame number, engine number: 50,000 VND/time/vehicle.
Second, Fees for granting diplomas and certificates to operate on all types of vehicles
New issuance, re-issuance, renewal of driving licenses (national and international): 135,000 VND/time.

Third, Driving test fee
+) For driving test of car classes A1, A2, A3, A4:
- Theory test: 60,000 VND/time;
- Practice test: 70,000 VND/time.
+) For car driving test (car class B1, B2, C, D, E, F):
- Theory test: 100,000 VND/time;
- Practice test in the picture: 350,000 VND/time;
- Practical test on roads: 80,000 VND/time;
- Driving test using software to simulate traffic situations: 100,000 VND/Time.
