Accordingly, a number of contents on the amount of import tariff quotas, methods of administration of import tariff quotas, subjects of assignment of import tariff quotas, time of assignment of salt import tariff quotas, poultry eggs in 2023 will be regulated as follows:

First, the amount of import tariff quotas for salt and poultry eggs
Regarding salt, Salt (Commodity code 2501) quantity 84,000 tons.
About poultry eggs:
- Chicken eggs (Commodity codes are 0407.21.00 and 0407.90.10) quantity 67,117 dozen;
- Duck and geese eggs (Commodity codes are 0407.29.10 and 0407.90.20) quantity 67,117 dozen;
- Other (Commodity codes are 0407.29.90 and 0407.90.90 ) quantity 67,117 dozen.
Note: Commercial eggs without embryos
Second, the mode of administration of import tariff quotas for salt and poultry eggs
The import tariff quota for salt and poultry eggs in 2023 is implemented according to the delivery method specified in the Government's Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 detailing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT dated June 15, 2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP The Government's May 15, 2018 CP details a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.
