On February 18, 2025, at the 9th Extraordinary Session, the 15th National Assembly passed Resolution 176/2025/QH15 on the organizational structure of the Government for the 15th National Assembly term, effective from February 18, 2025.

Accordingly, the organizational structure of the Government for the 15th National Assembly term includes 14 ministries and 3 ministerial-level agencies:
1. Ministry of National Defense;
2. Ministry of Public Security;
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
4. Ministry of Home Affairs;
5. Ministry of Justice;
6. Ministry of Finance;
7. Ministry of Industry and Trade;
8. Ministry of Agriculture and Environment;
9. Ministry of Construction;
10. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
11. Ministry of Science and Technology;
12. Ministry of Education and Training;
13. Ministry of Health;
14. Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion;
15. State Bank of Vietnam;
16. Government Inspectorate;
17. Government Office.
Resolution 176/2025/QH15 on the organizational structure of the Government for the 15th National Assembly term, effective from February 18, 2025. Ministries and ministerial-level agencies specified in Article 1 of Resolution 176/2025/QH15 will officially operate from March 1, 2025.
Ministries and ministerial-level agencies under the organizational structure of the Government of the 15th National Assembly term according to Resolution No. 08/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly continue to operate until February 28, 2025.
