On December 31, 2024, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 15/2024/TT-BLDTBXH abolishing a number of legal documents issued by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgated by the association and jointly promulgated.

Accordingly, all 09 Circulars on labor and wages are abolished, including:
1. Circular 08/2013/TT-BLDTBXH guiding Decree 46/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor disputes.
2. Circular 30/2013/TT-BLDTBXH guiding Decree 44/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor contracts.
3. Circular 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guiding Decree 27/2014/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code regarding domestic workers.
4. Circular 27/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the state management agency on labor to consult with representative organizations of workers and local representative organizations of employers in building labor policies and laws and labor relations issues.
5. Circular 23/2015/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles on wages of Decree 05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Labor Code.
6. Circular 29/2015/TT-BLDTBXH guiding collective bargaining, collective labor agreements and labor dispute resolution specified in Decree 05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding enforce some contents of the Labor Code.
7. Circular 35/2016/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of policies for employees when converting public service units into joint stock companies according to Decision 22/2015/QD-TTg dated June 22/ 2015.
8. Circular 17/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating self-inspection of enterprises' implementation of labor laws.
9. Circular 20/2018/TT-BLDTBXH on guiding coordination mechanisms in carrying out specialized inspections of labor, occupational safety and hygiene at night, outside of office hours.
Circular 15/2024/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from February 15, 2025.
