Specifically, the Minister of Home Affairs said that in the salary reform plan, from July 1, it is expected that the average salary of cadres, civil servants and public employees will be increased by about 30% (including basic salary and allowances).
From 2025, this salary will continue to be adjusted to increase by an average annual increase of about 7%/year.
This demonstrates the great efforts of the Government, as well as the Ministry of Home Affairs and other ministries and branches in implementing wage policy reform according to Resolution 27-NQ/TW of 2018 of the Central Committee, term XII; especially in the context of a limited budget and a difficult economic situation after the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

(6) Preferential allowances according to occupation;
(7) Working allowances in areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions;
(8) Allowances according to the classification of administrative units and according to the classification of public service units;
(9) Allowances apply specifically to the armed forces.
