PROVISIONAL CORPORATE INCOME TAX OF 04 QUARTERS TO BE AT LEAST 80% OF ANNUAL TAX
Recently, the Government promulgated Decree 91/2022/ND-CP amending and supplementing Decree 126/2020/ND-CP guiding the Law on Tax Administration. It stipulates that the provisional corporate income tax of four quarters must not be less than 80% of the corporate payable income tax under the annual tax finalization dossier.
NEW REGULATION ON PROPOSAL FILE FOR A CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY FOR PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR CREWMEMBERS AND OPERATORS OF INTERNAL WATERWAY VESSELS
From November 1, 2022, Decree 54/2022/ND-CP amends Decree 78/2016/ND-CP stipulating conditions for providing training services for crewmembers and operators of internal waterway vessels and Decree 08/2021/ND-CP regulating the management of internal waterway - related activities come into effect.
NEW REGULATIONS ON INVESTMENT RATE AND THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES USED FOR INVESTMENT PROJECTS WITH NON-BUDGET CAPITAL IN BAC GIANG PROVINCE
According to the provisions of the Investment Law, the Land Law, and other relevant guiding documents, at the request of the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang Province, on October 24, 2022, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province has issued Decision No. 45/2022/QD-UBND stipulating the investment rate and the number of employees for investment projects with non-budget capital in Bac Giang province. This decision will take effect in mid-November 2022.
PREPARE BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONTRACT PACKAGES UNDER CPTPP, UKVFTA AND EVFTA AGREEMENTS
Recently, The Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam promulgated Circular No. 20/2022/TT-BKHDT guiding the preparation of bidding documents for consulting services for bidding packages within the scope of the CPTPP Agreement, the EVFTA Agreement, and the UKVFTA Agreement by the Minister of Planning and Investment issued on September 30, 2022. This Circular takes effect from November 20, 2022.
NEW REGULATIONS ON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT E-COMMERCE FLOOR OWNERS TO TAX AUTHORITIES
From October 30, 2022, Decree No. 91/2022/ND-CP Amendments to some Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020, elaborating the Law on Tax Administration come into effect. Decree 91/2022/ND-CP has added new regulations on the responsibility of providing information about e-commerce floor owners to tax authorities.
