WHICH CASES WILL NOT BE GRANTED CREDIT FROM JULY 1, 2024
On January 18, 2024, at the 5th extraordinary session, the 15th National Assembly passed the Law on Credit Institutions 2024, regulating cases in which credit will not be granted from July 1, 2024.
DOES PERSONAL INCOME TAX APPLY TO PEOPLE IN THE PRE-MARRIANT PERIOD?
On August 15, 2013, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 111/2013/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of the Law on Personal Income Tax, the amended Law on Personal Income Tax and Decree 65/2013/ND-CP, stipulating exemption from payment of income tax. Personal allowance for people in the pre-pregnancy period takes effect from October 1, 2013.
WHICH CASES ARE EXEMPTED FROM LICENSE FEES IN 2024?
Decree 139/2016/ND-CP amended by Decree 22/2020/ND-CP of the Government stipulating license fee exemption for organizations and individuals engaged in production and trading of goods and services.
NEW REGULATIONS ON APPRAISAL FEES FOR ISSUANCE OF MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES
On February 5, 2024, Circular 09/2024/TT-BTC stipulating the collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of fees for appraisal and issuance of certificates of registration of multi-level marketing activities has been issued by the Minister of Finance.
NEW REGULATIONS ON TELECOMMUNICATION LICENSES WHEN THE TELECOMMUNICATION LAW 2023 TAKES EFFECT
Telecommunications Law No. 24/2023/QH15 (Telecommunications Law 2023) has been approved by the National Assembly and will take effect in 2024. The regulations of the 2023 Telecommunications Law have many new points compared to the current 2009 Telecommunications Law.
