On February 13, 2023, the Government issued Decree No. 4/2023/NĐ-CP amending the decree related to investment conditions and administrative procedures under the State management scope of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Accordingly, the duration for processing the issuance of the Vocational Education Quality Assessment Certificate, as stated in Decree No. 49/2018/NĐ-CP, is amended as follows:
Within 30 working days from the date of receiving a complete and valid application dossier, based on the regulations in Decree No. 4/2023/NĐ-CP, the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training will appraise and submit the certificate to the Director-General of the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training for issuance.
(Compared to Decree No. 49/2018/NĐ-CP, the duration has been changed from 20 working days to 30 working days).

If the application dossier is invalid, within 05 working days from the date of receiving the dossier, the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training shall respond in writing to the organization in need of the Vocational Education Quality Assessment Certificate, stating the reason for the rejection.
Decree No. 4/2023/NĐ-CP takes effect from February 13, 2023.
