Accordingly, organizations and individuals trading in goods and services have the right to lower the selling price of goods and services without being considered a violation of competition laws and laws on anti-dumping of imported goods. must publicly post the old price, the new price, and the price reduction period for the following cases:
(1) Fresh goods;
(2) Goods in inventory;
(3) Seasonal goods and services;
(4) Goods and services for promotion according to the provisions of law;
(5) Goods and services in case the enterprise temporarily suspends business, goes bankrupt, or dissolves; change of location, production and business lines;
(6) Goods and services when implementing the State's price stabilization policy.

In addition to the above rights, organizations and individuals trading in goods and services also have the following rights:
- Self-determine and adjust the prices of goods and services produced and traded by oneself, except for goods and services specifically priced by the State. Consider applying principles, bases, and pricing methods prescribed by the State to price goods and services;
- Self-determine the purchase price and selling price of goods and services that you produce and trade according to the price bracket, maximum price, and minimum price issued by competent state agencies, in accordance with the bases and principles. , method of pricing goods and services specified in the Price Law 2023;
- Participate in building, connecting, and sharing information into the price database;
- Proposing state agencies with pricing authority to consider and adjust prices of goods and services they produce and trade on the List of goods and services priced by the State;
- Access to information about the State's price policy; State price management and regulation measures;
- Complain, denounce or sue for acts showing signs of violating the law on prices; Request organizations and individuals to compensate for damages caused by violations of the law on prices according to the provisions of law.
