On August 17th, 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) issued Decision No: 3117/QD-BNN-TY on the Announcement of revised, supplemented, and abolished administrative procedures in the veterinary medicine field under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development management function.
Accordingly, in this Decision, a critical content mentioned by the Ministry is the correction of fees for appraisal, assessment, supervision, and maintenance of animal feed production conditions.

Specifically, in Article 3 of Decision No. 3117/QD-BNN-TY, the fee for an appraisal, assessment, supervision, and maintenance of conditions for animal feed production is corrected as follows: 1,500,000 VND/facility/ 01 time for the following procedures:
- Issuance of the Certificate of eligibility to produce commercial animal feed and animal feed on order (code 1.008126); and
- Re-issuance of Certificate of eligibility to produce commercial animal feed and animal feed according to order (code 1.008127).
