On November 30, 2022, the Minister of Finance issued Circular 72/2022/TT-BTC on suspension of effect of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC dated June 08, 2022, on promulgation of Vietnam's import and export nomenclature.

Accordingly, Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC on Vietnam’s nomenclature of exports and imports, issued on June 8, 2022, will be suspended from December 1, 2022. ends on December 29, 2022.
During this time, the Circulars that have been replaced by Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC continue to take effect and apply, specifically including the following documents:

- Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC promulgating Vietnam's nomenclature of exports and imports on June 27, 2017;
- Circular 09/2019/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of contents in the Appendices of Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC on Vietnam's nomenclature of exports and imports issued on 15/15 02/2019.
Circular 31/2000/TT-BTC takes effect from December 1, 2022.
