In particular, general rules of conduct are rules that apply to all target groups:
1. Comply with Vietnamese laws on protecting children in the online environment; respect the legitimate rights and interests of children; always in the best interests of children.
2. Behave in a healthy, positive manner, in accordance with the culture, customs and traditions of Vietnam and in accordance with the age of children in the online environment.
3. Do not use images and personal information of children without the consent of the child, parents and caregivers according to the provisions of law.
4. Do not use children's images and personal information for purposes that risk affecting the safety and healthy development of children.
5. Actively coordinate with agencies, community and social organizations to protect children in the online environment.
6. When suspecting or detecting acts of child abuse, risks to children in the online environment, or content harmful to children, it is necessary to urgently and promptly report and report to the appropriate addresses. after:

+ The nearest police agency;
+ Network to rescue and protect children in the online environment (VN-COP)
