According to the information in Section 10 of Official Dispatch 92/CĐ-TTg in 2024, the Prime Minister has instructed the Minister of Finance to implement the postponement, exemption, reduction of taxes, fees, and charges for organizations, individuals, and businesses affected by storms and floods, with specific guidelines as follows:
- The Minister of Finance directs organizations to effectively implement policies of postponement, exemption, reduction of taxes, fees, and charges for organizations, individuals, and businesses affected by storms, floods according to legal regulations.
- Urging insurance businesses to promptly compensate losses for insured parties swiftly, fully, and in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of the insurance contract and legal regulations.
- Timely coordination with the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to propose the authority to distribute rice to households at risk of food shortages according to regulations and authority.
